Fulton Co - Program Evaluation Specialist II

The Office of the Fulton County District Attorney is seeking a Program Evaluation Specialist II to serve as its Criminal Justice Planner. Duties and responsibilities will include the formulation of program goals and strategies; the development of performance objectives and indicators; the preparation of program budgets; the evaluation of existing programs; coordination and integration of interdepartmental programs and the development of recommendations for program and operational improvements. Must possess the following skills: policy analysis; program development and evaluation; grant writing; training; survey design and analysis; presentations and reports; office administration; strategic planning; and supervision. Knowledge areas should include: criminal and juvenile justice; homicide and violent crimes; substance abuse treatment; community prosecution; alternatives to incarceration; criminal courts management; and budget administration. Must have a degree in Business or Public Administration; organizational development, finance or a related field (a Masters degree in Public Administration is preferred) and four (4) years experience in program evaluation, operations, planning and/or research; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and excellent writing skills, sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties listed.
