Executive Director Position at Year Up
Year Up’s mission is to prepare urban young adults aged 18-24 for life and work in our technology-driven society and to guide them toward successful and rewarding careers as well as higher education.
Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, the Executive Director will lay the groundwork, launch and then scale Year Up’s next expansion site in Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta. The goal is for the next expansion site is to be financially self-sustainable at scale, with a budget of $6 million and a staff of 30 within several years.
